MeriBai helps residents and domestic workers in gated communities connect via WhatsApp. WorkerConnect is the legal business operating this service.
What we collect
- WhatsApp phone number and display name
- Messages you send to our WhatsApp bot
- Voice notes you send (transcribed to process your request)
- Profile details you provide (language, flat/tower, tasks, availability)
How we use it
- Match residents with available workers in your society
- Send job requests and confirmations via WhatsApp
- Improve the service for your community
Sharing
We share contact details only when you choose a match (e.g. resident and worker phone numbers after mutual confirmation). We do not sell your data.
Storage
Data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud database). You can request deletion by messaging us on WhatsApp.
